The Tidal Model forced by Ephemerides (Thomas et al., 2001; Weis et al., 2008) is a purely hydrodynamic, barotropic tidal simulation. After recent updates of bathymetric data, dissipation channels and the handling of Self-Attraction and Loading it is now possible to derive M2 tidal-dynamics (the main lunar tide), that deviate from open ocean tide-gauge measurements by 4.84 cm root-mean-square (Sulzbach et al., 2021). The obtained mass-redistribution patterns of ocean and solid earth are transformed into Stokes Coefficients (doi.org/10.5880/GFZ.1.3.2021.001) and can be used for satellite gravimetric purposes. They are provided in resemblance to the AOD1B-format.
